Ekant Yoga teachers are very experienced, They talked through each pose and helped me make adjustments as I told them I had a lower back condition, I was hoping to improve. It felt like a private tuition even though I was with 4 others. Teachers really takes care of each and every student in their class and makes the class flow perfectly....
