Meet the Master Yoga Teachers Manisha is an awe-inspiring personality  Ekant Yoga with an unwavering dedication to promoting balance and wellness among individuals. Her impressive background includes serving as the Managing Director of Oceanic Yoga School, but she has since developed new wellness programs with Diksha Yoga, particularly for women, keeping in mind the changing social needs and programs. Her new programs have been highly effective in promoting physical and emotional healing, and have helped many people achieve a greater sense of well-being. Manisha’s passion for yoga and meditation began in childhood, and she has been practising for over 20 years. Her extensive experience and knowledge have enabled her to create a unique teaching style that combines in-depth knowledge with a playful attitude, making her classes filled with laughter and joy. Students feel relaxed and calm by the end of the meditation sessions. Manisha is a certified E-RYT 500 Hour Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International. She practices yoga and meditation regularly, and her naturally playful and light-hearted personality infuses her classes with love, joy, and laughter. She has graduated more than 1,000 students, and her teaching has had a profound impact on countless people’s lives. In her classes, Manisha focuses on helping her students build internal strength, balance, and flexibility by using their body’s full potential. She combines the philosophical side of yoga into her classes to help her students find a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their practice. To improve her teaching, Manisha uses a functional anatomical approach to help her students develop a deeper understanding.

Sarah developed a natural affinity for yoga and spirituality from an early age. During his teenage years, he began his personal journey with yoga, eventually earning a Master’s Diploma in Yogic Science. He received professional training in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga under the guidance of Manisha, and as he deepened his sadhana, his interest in exploring the philosophical dimensions of yoga grew stronger. In addition to Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, His multidimensional and adaptable approach allows each student to connect with the deeper nuances of yoga and experience personal transformation through practice. Sarah exemplifies how early spiritual influences can shape one’s purpose and direction in life. With over three years of experience in Yoga Teacher Training, he continues to inspire students with his knowledge, compassion, and holistic understanding of yoga.

He is the founder of Yoga Shivoham and has earned a reputation for being the best in his field. His teaching specialties include Hatha Yoga, Philosophy, Meditation, and Pranayamas. His knowledge and expertise are unparalleled, and his students regard him with great respect and admiration. Acharya Yogesh Ji’s journey towards becoming a yoga guru began in his childhood, when he discovered his passion for meditation and yoga. He pursued his passion and completed his Yoga TTC in Kaivalyadham, Maharashtra, India, which provided him with a strong foundation for his teaching career. Since then, Acharya Yogesh Ji has been sharing his vast knowledge and meditative energy with his students, helping them achieve inner peace, spiritual growth, and physical wellness.

Kanchan Ji

Kanchan has born in a small family. She inherited the reading culture from her parents. From various kinds of books, she is more attracted to the ones that give scientific information about Indian culture. She would try to implement the information obtained from the book in her life. Her mother instilled in her a love for sattvic food from childhood, while her grandmother taught her the path of Bhakti Yoga by teaching her shlokas and mantra chanting. Kanchan, a girl with a passion for healthy living, meets yoga guru Vinod, and her quest does not stop but truly begins. She fell in love not only with yoga but also with her yoga teacher, Vinod. After culturally marrying Vinod, her curiosity increased to know more about culture and the scientific reasons behind it. Kanchan is a student of Ekant Yoga School. She learned yoga under the guidance of Vinod and many other teachers. Kanchan has been practicing yoga since 2016, with extensive experiential knowledge of various styles such as Hatha and Vinyasa and a substantial understanding of yoga philosophy and meditation. Also advance knowledge of the latest trends and aspects of generating quality education. She knows well how to design and implement specialized private and group lessons and programs according to individual and group needs. In her classes, she loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga, and my hope is that students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.

She holds a B.Com degree and a Master’s in Yogshastra from Kalidas University, further strengthening her academic foundation in traditional and modern yogic sciences. In addition to her formal education, she has completed specialized professional trainings including Hatha Yoga from the Govardhan School of Yoga, YTTC from Patanjali Yogpeeth, a Diploma in Yoga from YCMOU, and an advanced Sound Healing certification from Amisha Naad Yoga. As a National Gold Medalist, Khelo India Bronze Medalist, AIU Yoga Championship Player, and National Yoga Champion Coach, Shraddha brings exceptional precision, discipline, and authenticity to her yoga teaching. Meet the Master Yoga Teachers  Vinod has integrated yoga and meditation into his life for several years now. He has spent many years studying under great masters learning all aspects of yoga but specifically focusing on the health and wellness benefits of pranayama and meditation. Yoga has been a part of his life for the past decade, and his practice has helped him grow profoundly. He has fondly been teaching 200 hours and 300 hours Yoga teacher training courseworkshops, retreats at various prestigious yoga schools for many years. As he began his journey into yoga, he found his dharma (life’s purpose) as he could quickly master many asanas and was eager to share his passion with others. Vinod enjoys living a joyful and mindful life and has an infectious ability to spread his joy to others. He has been interested in the connection between the movement of the physical body and the changing states of mind. He was introduced to yoga through the physical practice of asana and soon realized the profound effects the movement had on her mind and ability to find internal comfort in externally uncomfortable situations.
