Cancellation & Refund Policy – Ekant Yoga
At Ekant Yoga, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all our bookings and services. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Please note that the booking amount (advance payment) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the booking. However, once the booking has been confirmed and necessary arrangements have been initiated, cancellation requests may not be entertained. As our services include yoga courses, retreats, and teacher training programs that require prior planning and resource allocation, cancellations after confirmation may result in forfeiture of the paid amount.
The booking or advance amount is non-refundable. Any remaining balance, if applicable, may be considered for a partial refund only at the sole discretion of Ekant Yoga. In cases where a refund is approved, the process may take approximately 9–15 business days to be completed.
In certain situations, Ekant Yoga may allow rescheduling of a booking to a future date, subject to availability. Such requests must be made in advance and are not guaranteed. For genuine emergencies, customers may contact our support team, and any exception will be considered solely at the discretion of Ekant Yoga.
