At Ekant Yoga, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect your travel plans. To provide flexibility while maintaining fairness, the following policy applies to all bookings:

• All booking payments are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled course for any reason, you may postpone your enrollment to a future course instead of cancelling your booking.
• To transfer your booking, you must notify us at least 2 months (60 days) before your original course start date.
• Your booking can be transferred to another available course within 24 months of your original course start date, subject to availability.
• Requests received less than 2 months (60 days) before the course start date may not be eligible for a transfer.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures after the course has begun.
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as flight cancellations, illness, visa issues, or other travel disruptions.
